Here's How the Experts Make Meat Taste Miraculous

We hear stories about consumers reacting to their first experiences cooking grass fed beef. They're almost in disbelief. Even a skilled at-home chef can be caught off-guard by how well their meal turns out when they used grass fed beef for the first time. It's really quite simple though - start with quality ingredients and you'll end up with a higher quality meal. Sometimes, the meal is so good we don't even bother to challenge our cooking skills beyond the ordinary. And there's absolutely nothing wrong with that. But, if grass fed meat can taste that good on a very basic preparation level, can you imagine what could happen if you throw in a couple expert (but super simple) tips? After all, in really REALLY good cooking, it's the subtle details that make all the difference.

  1. Let your meat come to room temperature before cooking.
  2. Turn up the heat and get a nice sear on the exterior to caramelize the meat.
  3. Use a high quality coarse salt for finishing your dishes.
  4. Let your meat rest for about 5 or 10 minutes after cooking.
  5. Just add herbs or a fresh herb and olive oil sauce.

Are you a stickler for these techniques? What other methods do you swear by?
