Ground Beef Bulgogi
You’ll Need:
- 1 shallot, diced
- 2 inches fresh ginger, peeled and grated on a microplane
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 2 pounds grass-fed ground beef
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup coconut aminos see notes
- 2 tbsp fish sauce see notes
- 4 cups cauliflower rice
- 6 cups greens of choice (chopped romaine, arugula, spinach)

Balsamic Steak Gorgonzola Salad with Grilled Corn
You’ll Need:
- 1 lb sirloin steak*
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

CHICKEN
Mediterranean Grilled Chicken with Dill Greek Yogurt Sauce
You’ll Need:
Sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 cup chopped fresh dill, stems removed
- 1 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1/2 lemon or lime
- Pinch cayenne pepper, optional
- Salt, if needed
Chicken
- 10 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground green cardamom
- Salt and pepper
- 5 tbsp olive oil, divided
- 8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 medium size red onion, sliced
- Juice of 1–2 lemon

Hawaiian Chicken with Coconut Rice
You’ll Need:
Chicken
- ~1 1/2 lbs chicken tenderloins 7-8 pieces
- 1/2 fresh ripe pineapple
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 5-6 cloves fresh garlic
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 2 tbsp honey
Coconut Rice
- 1 cup basmati or jasmine rice
- 3/4 cup coconut milk
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp Fresh parsley chopped
BREAKFAST SAUSAGE
Potato Breakfast Skillet with Sausage
You’ll Need:
- 2 pounds baby potatoes, red and/or white skinned
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper – add to taste
- Fresh thyme, fresh rosemary; destemmed
- 10-14 ounces sausage
- 1 large red bell pepper
- 10-12 white mushrooms
- ½ large onion
- 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup
- A few dashes of Worcestershire

Juicy Pan-Seared Pork Chops with Citrus Dressing
You’ll Need:
- 4 ½-inch-thick bone-in pork chops (about 2 pounds), patted dry with paper towels
