Our Chorizo is a Mexican Style Chorizo, 4 links (1 lb) with an all natural casing. Made with 100% Cotton Cattle Pork. Raised all natural without hormones or antibiotics. 

Ingredients: Ground Pork, Salt, Spices (including, pepper and oregano) Paprika, Dehydrated Garlic, Natural Flavoring (spice extractive)
