Turkeys are being raised locally in PA, by a local Farmers' Co-op.

Cotton Cattle's All Natural Pasture Raised Turkey is humanely raised with no antibiotics and no added hormones. They are fed a diet of local Non-GMO grains in addition to free ranging on the pasture.

    Best Turkey Ever

    Always thought fresh was best, but this was the best turkey ever. Very tasty and tender. I made three changes, my recipe (mayo turkey nyt), cooking it steadily at 400 and buying from Cotton. Not sure which exactly contributed to the best turkey ever, but I am pretty sure the turkey origins had something to do with it.
