Without a doubt the best filet I have ever tasted in my life. I thought the best filet I had ever eaten in my life was on a cattle ranch in Montana. And it was until I tried Cotton Cattle Company’s beef. I salt brined the filets in the refrigerator for 2 hours, put them into the smoker for 45 minutes, and finished them on the grill to medium rare. They were incredible. I’ve already been back to order more (and to try the rib eye).
