    You can really taste the difference with all of the Cotton Cattle selections. Pork tenderloin is a favorite. Some rub and some time, and it’s delicious and easy.

    Fantastic Pork!

    Decided to try pork tenderloin since I’ve only had the beef at Cotton Cattle so far. It was delicious! I cut slits in the meat & put garlic cloves after rubbing with oil. Then coated with mixture of salt, pepper, rosemary & thyme. Best tenderloin I’ve had. Thanks, Bryce!
